Maranatha Christian School’s Netball journey started at SACSSA (South African Christian Schools Sport Association). Competing in Zonal, Regional and National events MCS had great success and with the great success it MCS as a school outgrew SACSSA this was clear in sports like Netball, Cricket, Athletics and Soccer.
With the intent to grow the schools sport MCS continued to compete in the SACSSA events as well as start to move to the government school based Netball League. D6 Netball League. The league forms part of Eastern Gauteng school netball.
With great success in SACSSA leagues as well the D6 netball league the platform for success was established.
